Teen & Adults Martial Arts (Ages 12+)
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:30pm
Our goal in this martial arts program is to inspire each and every teen and adult of our school to achieve Black Belt excellence through goal setting and dedication. Teens and adults learn how to become positive role models, as well as focus on many different techniques that will be necessary to protect themselves in real-life situations.
Kickboxing Fitness (Ages 12+)
Mondays & Wednesdays at 6:30pm, Saturdays 10:00am
This class offers all forms of work-outs including kick boxing, aerobics, boot camp, cross fit training, martial arts and weight training. Classes are run at an extremely fast pace, however students may work at their own pace if they need. Great class for weight loss and getting into the best shape of your life!
